Online SimHubs Course Refund Policy

A candidate who registers for an online course occasionally changes their mind for one reason or another. Regardless, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for a candidate who decides not to take the course. Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:

• Any courses with discount prices are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. (No Exception)
• The candidate/user did not access any portion of the online course, AND the candidate/user requests a refund in writing via email within Four business days from the registration date (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
• A full refund will be issued, less an administrative fee of $30.

Accreditation services pricing depends on the service provided, and it is based on each project. The process of refunding and canceling the service is based on the agreement signed between the beneficiary and SimHubs.
